Ludicrous team!

Azhar playing for us at age of 62!

Levi bowled for 0 first ball!

New highest score from Cobb - 146*. Vasconcelos retired hurt. Much better score than seemed likely - 107 runs in the first half of the innings; 166 in the second.

If Azharullah picks up six wickets, is he back in the team for the next match? Would he really do any worse than the current attack?

Yes - great innings from Cobb to make such a big score. be interesting to see how the attack performs!

Current answer is that Pakistan seem to be untroubled by Hutton, Buck, Holland and Azhar...

Azharullah seems to be keeping it tighter than the others - good for him, I think the decision to sack him was questionable, at the very least.

Azhar was well past his best and they were right to let him go. Absolutely disgraceful to bring him back for this match instead of giving a youngster experience. The decisions being made at this club are getting more and more questionable.

Yes - it has been another odd season so far. Odd choices made on and off the field - lots of talk that doesn't relate to what is happening on the field, and of course the age old issues of website and social media being so poor. Still time for things to improve of course, but worrying signs so far.

A bit of a turn up for the books with Cobb, and just as well too! Levi, now a virtual walking wicket, cuts a forlorn figure at present. Things can only get better for him and they need to pretty sharpish.

It's difficult to see Zaib ever making real headway, given the way he has been treated during his time with the club, and Holland, an attempted short-term fix (ineffectual so far), no doubt will disappear after his loan spell is up. I assume Azhar's reappearance was intended as a one-off but, in the prevailing circumstances, who can tell!

From the visitors' point of view, this will not have been the more thorough team preparation they might have been hoping for.
