Vasconcelos and Zaib the only players from the T20 team. A chance for some to stake a claim for T20? Eg Thurston, Procter? I'm not sure I'd risk Vasconcelos getting injured, when we're already missing Rossington. At least he's not keeping wicket.

Match abandoned. A Northants player not involved in this match has tested positive for Coronavirus. He has been self isolating but was in contact with players within 2 days of symptoms. There looks to be 2 possibilities - one player went missing from the t20 matches, another who I would have expected to be involved today. We await to see what impact this has on Northants in the Blast, other teams and possibly officials.
