Glamorgan twitter account seem to be suggesting that Selman’s LBW was a poor decision by the umpire. Did it look dodgy?

Looked very high. Hit him well above the pad (around the box area) on a rising ball although he did look well back. To me at the point of interception the ball looked above the bails with still a little distance to travel to the stumps, but the camera angle can be a bit deceiving.

Credit to the team for hanging on given what has gone before this season. Positives from the batting of Selman and Taylor. We do need to score runs as well as occupy the crease but hopefully we will see Labuschagne and another top order batsman next season.

Great effort with very watchful batting from Selman and Taylor in particular. I bet not many Glammy fans expected to bat out the whole day to save the game.

Could barely watch the last over but well done for holding on. Particular credit to Selman for batting for five and a half hours. Seems to be a nervous starter but once in is very stoic. Also Taylor who batted for 2 hours and has proven himself with batting bowling and fielding. Understand he was signed by Wallace who played with him in South Wales league last year. Hogan deserves another year. Cullen, interesting, as understudy to Cooke and often scores some valuable runs but young Horton, if he fulfills his promise, is waiting in the wings! Maynard must have a good idea of who he wants to retain but still a few more T20s to impress. At last, everyone is getting a chance!

What does everyone make of Owen Morgan? Bowled tidily enough in the second innings. A very scratchy 20 odd in the first innings with the bat and a first baller in the second. Maybe we should revert to thinking of him as a bowler !

Never really thought of him as a top order batsman. Bowled well enough yesterday but maybe too much a bits and pieces player.
