Well it hardly has the pulses throbbing with excitement, so ticks all boxes. It should have the fans ambling in to grounds by the tens. Sponsorship from Ovaltine & late night replays on BBCtv to help insomniacs drop off should help make the competition grip the nation. The days of 20/20 look numbered.

The only problem as I see it is that it could attract football fans. After all they watch matches lasting 90 minutes, plus getting there early, half time, then time to be allowed out and get very few scores, sometimes none. But when there is a score it can be the only one and be the winner.

This is the same. There will be very few scores ( wickets), but each one could be vital.
