Match 13 of 14 is our final away game and a trip to Taunton to take on Somerset.

As ever it will be interesting to see who plays for both sides. With all 9 teams still having a chance to make the top 4 thanks to the poor weather a big win or loss has a big effect on the run rate.

It's great to have so many points on the board and not having to catch up at this stage. The time has now come to get over the line. A 6 (six)th away win from 7 could see us qualify.

It's going to be a good one as ever down there..our t20 record isn't too bad there either.

I don't expect any changes to the Glamorgan side unless Lloyd or Carlson are fit.

Somerset 182/6 lost to
Glamorgan 183/6 by 1 run

After losing the toss and being inserted on a still muggy day at Taunton, Selman and Donald quick start 27/0 after 3. 64/0 after the powerplay. Selman made his maiden t20 50 on 87 then Donald perished next ball on the boundary.

95/1 at halfway wirh Ingram settling in.
Selman's knock ended at 66 stumped...well played. 127/2 in the 15th brought Cooke who was bowled for 1. Wagg promoted. Ingram out for 35 again to Elgar on the boundary. 153/4 to 166/4 after 18 converted to 183/6. Meschede announced himself with a first ball ramp 4 but Wagg run out to a lucky deflection in the last.

Dai caught Davies first ball to give Salts a wicket and Somerset on the back foot. Wagg got Gregory out on 26/2 in the 4th. 53/2 after the powerplay.

Myburgh and Elgar showed their class with 61 and found the gaps well. Hogan got Elgar with a classical ball...well caught by Selman.

93/3 at halfway. Wagg got damgerman Hildreth at 102/4 and we sensed we would win after his boundaryless wicket over if Myburgh followed. He got his 50 with a 6 and ended up on 87 to take the game away from us. Dai run out Allenby for 22 then bowled Myburgh.

20 off the last 2 overs was tense as you like...8 off the last and...7 off 4...6 off 3 then 6 off 2. 6 off 1 and 4 smacked off the last. Well done Dai and the team. Pandemonium again.
